Just been to the Minchinbury eat-in, health department really need to check this branch!
Floor is dirty, garbage bag sitting in the middle of table and chairs! Table not clean! Burger was cold, sauce on one side, chicken was tough!
I felt sick when I came out!!
They really need to think of customers and quality of food and hygiene.

I have just purchased a meal from the Kempsey store it was disgusting... chicken was extremely dry, potato and gravy was uneatable (slop) cold slaw is out of date today, maybe they should have chucked that out yesterday because it’s very acidic, 7 out 10 pieces of chicken have been left untouched... spoke to the manager of the store, she was very dismissive about all ..... I will not be going there again.

We went to KFC at Woy Woy last night at 9.30 pm. The kid that eventually served us 12 mins later, seemed to be so stoned and totally ignored us for the first 12 mins. We ordered a 12 pack of wicked wings along with other stuff, said he had to check if there were enough wings. 5 mins later came back and said no problem with the wings. 15 mins later he called our number to tell us that there are no more wings. When we asked him why, he had no idea. The manager came over ( she looked around 18 yrs) said that the wicked wings that we ordered had been given to someone in drive thu and they had no more. She then proceeded to tell us that they would give us normal chicken peices instead, or get a refund. We asked for a refund and she proceeded to give us the refund but only for the wings. Asked what happened to the rest of the refund, and she was confused as hell. The order tallied $25 and she gave us $13 back. When confronted, she looked puzzled as hell but got the refund. Whilst waiting, we watched another kid employee mop the floor. He dipped the mop into the bucket, and then mopped the entire restaurant floor without ever dipping the mop back into the bucket for fresh water. We noticed chips, straws, and straw plastic being pushed around by the mop, but not once did he pick them up. Just pushed them under chairs and tables out of sight. We’re not big KFC eaters but do have it maybe once a month. NEVER have we seen this sort of problems with KFC. Whoever the owner of this franchise is, better get himself some new staff before these fools ruin his business. KFC, we will never go to this store again.
