Absolutely unacceptable experience at KFC Glen Waverley. Just look at the size of the chicken strip — it was shockingly small, thin, and looked nothing like what’s advertised. For the price, this feels like a complete rip-off. It’s honestly embarrassing that this is what they’re serving customers. The taste was even worse. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and had a stale oil smell, like it had been sitting under the warmer for hours. The coating was hard and greasy at the same time, and the inside had no juiciness at all. This is not fresh food — it genuinely raises concerns about food quality and hygiene standards. I’ve eaten KFC many times, but this was by far the worst experience. There is clearly no consistency or quality control at this outlet. Serving food like this is not just disappointing — it’s unacceptable and potentially unsafe. I feel like I completely wasted my money. I would strongly recommend management review their food handling practices and portion standards immediately. Customers deserve better than this. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to think twice before ordering from here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
