If I could give the service at this KFC a 0 stars I would. They flat out ignored all the customers they had inside and continued to serve the drive thru over and over. Many workers eat this for their timed lunches, the service here needs to be stepped up. I won't be back here. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive thru and was missing some nuggets and fries. Our order didnt even get a recipe. Be careful at the end of the drive thru it dips down Food: 3 Service: 2

My step son came thru the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken legs he got home and realized he had gotten 4 breast so I immediately called the store to speak to the manager B.J who was completely rude from the beginning my step son did not get a receipt for his order and had already thrown the chicken away because he does not like breast meat. The manager then informs me to replace the chicken they have to have the chicken I then explained to him that the chicken was in the trash along with dog poop cigarette butts Ii told the manager that I could get him videos and pictures of the chicken in the trash ( we have a older senior dog who has been with us for many years and is in his last days so he can’t control where he goes to the bathroom) but I was not going to stick my hand in the trash with along with dog feces I then proceeded to tell him I wanted to speak to someone above him because I have been a manager at several restaurants and k.f.c being one of those theirs no reason that my pictures and videos of the chicken in the trash wouldn’t be enough he then gets a attitude I guess because I wouldn’t dig the chicken out and proceeded to hang up on me.. Me nor my family or any of our friends will ever contribute another penny to your franchise. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
