I went to KFC for dinner and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. First, I sat in the drive-thru and no one ever answered the intercom. I pulled up to the window, and no one came there either. So I went inside and was told there would be a 30-minute wait for chicken. I said that was fine and that I would like to place an order. The young lady then walked off and completely forgot about me. After waiting, I politely asked again if I could place my order. She responded with an attitude and said, “What do you want?” I ordered a 12-piece meal with legs and thighs only. When I finally got home, not only was the chicken cold, but it was also burnt. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive the pieces I ordered. Instead of legs and thighs, I was given breasts and wings. Poor customer service, long wait times, incorrect order, and cold burnt food. Very disappointed with this experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't order online for this location. Placed an order and showed up at the time of pick up 30mins after order was placed was told it was going to be an additional 40 min wait. Talked to the lady at the front about cancelation and refunds I was told to call the number online. I then talk to a lady Nicole who did nothing. Told me that a team leader would contact me no idea when and cant help me get my money back. So her job was kinda pointless answer the phone and take comments. I asked to speak to a manager. I was then told that it wasn't possible. I said I would hold and she proceeded to tell me my complaint would be view and I would get a call from the team lead. All around stupid and a bad experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
