Levi at the North Branch KFC did an excellent job helping us during our visit. He was friendly, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and great customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our food was prepared well and tasted great. Levi made sure our order was correct and everything came out fresh. It's always nice to have someone who cares about providing good service, and he definitely made our experience enjoyable. We appreciate his hard work and look forward to coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Order famous bowls one of my favorite. But today , they did use nugget like they should of and use cut up chicken breast instead. The service through drive thru was fast but but the lady was rude and not professional. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We have stopped here several times before when traveling and previously we felt the place was very clean and the food and staff were excellent. After this time however we will not be back. The bathrooms were disgusting, the floor was sticky and there was not one clean table. The place was not busy but the one woman obviously used what time she had to stand outside and smoke and didn't bother washing her hands each time she came back in to help someone. The food wasn't great either. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
