Very disappointing experience at the Nottingham Daleside Road branch today. I collected my KFC App order and checked it inside the restaurant within one minute. One burger was cold, and I believed I had been given the wrong burger. When I politely raised this with a staff member (Ashley), instead of checking the order or apologising, she wrongly accused me of leaving the restaurant for 10 minutes, which was completely untrue as I had never left the restaurant. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and she initially refused to provide her name when I asked to make a complaint. Another staff member replaced the burger, but when I spoke to the manager (Keny), he seemed more interested in ending the conversation than addressing my concerns. Cold food can happen, but poor customer service and falsely accusing a customer are unacceptable. I hope KFC provides better staff training and customer service in the future. Staff got time to chat and nudge with each other rather than prepare the food. They even played with my drink Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
