This KFC is completely understaffed. It was prime dinner time and they have three people working. One guy juggling orders for inside and drive-thru! I watched multiple customers walk out because it took so long (they told me 5 minutes, I waited 20!). Also, the chicken is completely moist, not even a little hint of fried crunch. Mashed potatoes and mac were the only good food we got. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The guy working KFC hi was rude and crazy. Food was overcooked and burn also missing side 3 item. THE MANAGER SAID HI Don't care. I was shocking!!! Do not order this location

I recently ordered multiple chicken tenders from this KFC location, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. Every single item in my order tasted old, like it had been sitting out far too long before being served. The texture was off, the flavor was stale, and it definitely did not taste fresh or safe to eat. This isn’t just a one-time issue either—after looking at other reviews, it’s clear this has been a consistent problem. That raises serious concerns about food quality and safety. Situations like this are exactly how people end up getting sick. At this point, management seriously needs to step in and make major changes. Either improve quality control and customer standards immediately or consider closing down until things are handled properly. Customers deserve fresh food, especially from a well-known place like this. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location until improvements are made.
