Understaffed. Always a 25+ min wait. Never have what you order. Always having to substitute. Used to be a really good kfc but so poor these days. KFC Aus really needs to take a look here because it’s getting ridiculous

We ordered 10 piece chicken meal with 4 sides and 7 out of 10 of our chicken pieces were chicken wings what a joke KFC ORMEAU very disappointing and this isn't the first time train your staff to put equal amounts of all the different pieces in not 7 chicken wings do better KFC ORMEAU. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60

Worst KFC I've had in my life .Spent $50 on a family feast and received a bucket of over cooked nearly burnt dried out chicken that was barley edible. It was for a Birthday celebration and wasn't able to return. Very unhappy.
