My husband and I went to KFC for my lunch break. There was no one at the counter but us. There were at least three people behind the counter doing various jobs, not one of them acknowledged we were even there. No eye contact, no apologies because they couldn’t get right to us, no ‘welcome to kfc, we’ll be right with you.’ Nothing. One of them even walked back and forth gathering a pick up order. Nothing. So we left and went elsewhere. KFC won’t be getting my money for nothing! Service: 1
