Edit 08/05/26 Gave me a lot of gas and very sharp pains, this was unbearable so I've had to reduce my rating to 1** My honest thoughts on this place, not good value for money. I saw the fillet tower box meal which consisted of a tower burger, fries, a piece of chicken and a drink for £12.98. As you can see in the photo it isn't very big at all. I opted for the garlic parmesan loaded fries which costs £1.99 extra. They tasted good but isn't worth the extra £1.99. The amount of fries is soo little. The burger is not the biggest and is pretty dry if I'm honest. The way the ketchup was on top didn't look too nice. The extra piece of chicken is very small that you get. Overall I would give this place a 5/10 due to the price and what you get for the price. If the piece of chicken was a bit bigger, along with a bigger loaded fries box and the burger was less dry then it would get a higher rating. For £12.98 that is a shockingly bad meal. Would I get this box meal again? Probably not as it's too expensive for the small amount of food. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would like to express my frustration regarding KFC’s chicken portions and terrible customer service. The chicken pieces being served are often ridiculously small. When I questioned this, one of the staff members told me that it is “required” for them to give portions like that, which is completely unacceptable. It happens almost every time I order chicken that one piece is embarrassingly tiny. For example, if I buy three pieces of chicken, one of them is usually so small it looks like a joke. Customers pay full price and deserve fair portions, not scraps. On top of that, one of the female crew members was extremely rude, unfriendly, and had a nasty attitude. She was unhelpful, unprofessional, and made the whole experience unpleasant. Staff like that should not be dealing with customers if they cannot show basic respect and courtesy. This was a very disappointing experience. KFC needs to fix both the unfair portion sizes and the poor customer service immediately. Price per person: £60–70

I’m very disappointed with the service at this KFC branch. The staff are not polite at all—they are outright rude, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the chicken portions are extremely small, especially when you order in larger quantities. Some of the pieces were shockingly tiny, which honestly feels like poor value for money. KFC is one of my favorites, so this experience was frustrating and upsetting. If this is the standard at this branch, I will not be coming back. I just hope other branches are not like this. This branch seriously needs to improve its staff attitude and overall service. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
