This location is a disaster. Placed a pickup order and had to wait in the parking lot 20 minutes past the estimated pickup time, only to find out that the lobby was closed and I had to wait further in the drive through for my order. Called and they not only refused to bring the order outside, but told me it wasn't even actually ready. Ended up having to wait nearly an hour, and when I did finally get my food, they forgot or messed up multiple items and the food was lukewarm. This location has messed up my order many times before as well, and is clearly very understaffed. Just go to another KFC. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm quite patient with fast food service because I know the pay stinks and they are dealing with a lot of people who aren't polite. With that being said, this location is a disaster compared to others in the region. It all starts with management. Extremely slow service, often multiple people waiting excessively for backed up orders. There are booths being used for storing boxes and the restrooms are neglected. Not that 3.3 is very good, but keep in mind even that rating is inflated because one star has been the norm lately: it's definitely seen better days Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I normally go to CFA for chicken, but decided to try KFC. CFA - you have nothing to worry about. I ordered on my phone from the parking lot and went inside to get my order. The "cook" asked me 3 times to verify my order. After 21 minutes (Yes, TWENTY ONE), I finally asked the counter person to check on my order. She asked the cook and he said that he did not know I was there. Then, I finally got my "Luke warm" food. The food was OK, but nothing all that great. I definitely WILL NOT be back. You'll find me at Chick-Fil-A. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
