Hello KFC. I regularly buy hot wings menu for take away at IPP and I regularly get less wings. So, you know, one nice day when it happened 3rd time within 6 months, I went back to place a complaint and the manager offered me an extra meal. Nice touch, I asked him kindly to remind your employees to focus. In exchange, he suggested me to count the wings before I leave. Well, I like to trust, but you get it right, to control the wings, maybe I should give them names as well. After 2 more cases when your guys failed at math, I really started to follow this foolproof method and so far it worked out. Well, guess what happened yesterday? I got 10 wings instead of 11 and I didnt check the bag. Damnnn. I had a bad day and it was cold weather so I called you and the lady who picked up the phone, kindly offered me the missing wing if I go back. Oh boy. Let me not walk another 15 min. for 1 wing, so I asked her to educate your employees to count, like: 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11. Jedenact tyvole, ne decitka, dobreeej? (No, i didnt say tyvole in the phone, it's just for now for you). Nah, today again, I'm in a rush, thus, I buy again the wings menu, a twister and a velke hranolky. Do you know what comes? Yes, I check the wings on the street, 1,2,3...11, bumm, there you go! Super happy, such a great service! I walk home happily with a bunch of wings and at home it turns out, you kindly forgot the bloody hranolkyyyyyy. Maaaaan!!!!! Jeezzzz-isek! Really? Let me express my ideas, maybe you can benefit from them: 1. on the job interview ask people if they can count up to 11 and make them prove it. 2. Ask them the following: if i have a menu with hranolky included and a separate hranolky ordered, how many hranolky I need to put in the bag? 3. When the customer asks for take away drink in a cup, would you hand over the cap of the cup or not? Please, contact me for returning my 45 CZK.
