The counter lady had no idea what she was doing. The workers behind the counter were rude and snappy. They had no chicken available and the wait was 30 minutes. I understand not having chicken but when its a 30 minute wait is excessive. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

This is the second time I’ve tried to place an order at KFC in Radcliffe Kentucky and by 9:30 they only have A few Popeyes and a couple tenders no chicken whatsoever guy in front of me ordered the tenders I don’t understand why a place that is open till 10 can’t cook to order chicken. I am a general manager and I serve my guest all the way up till 10 o’clock regardless if I’ve cleaned my grill my fryer etc. I’m all about making my store money that’s why I’m there. And to tell your Customer that you close at 10 so you don’t have chicken is the wildest thing I’ve ever heard. I hope this place gets better!!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes.....ordered at 2:28 food came out at 2:48. Cold food wrong drinks no one else there when we ordered. There is no reason for this. Lady kept coming out with all these orders but not what we ordered. Crazy since only one other car was there after us. We had 2 sandwiches and 3 tenders nothing crazy. They need to do better Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
