As only able to speak a little Thai I often have to use photos to show my order - which is often still wrong. The French fries are always cold and even at quiet times waiting for chicken seems to take forever. Yes if you speak Thai you’ll not have a problem but I often go to other kfc where staff seem more able to serve the correct order in quicker time and with hot fries.
