Absolutely fantastic. The staff and in particular Inaa was superb assisting us with our order. Will definitely use this restaurant in future. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Myself and my family had extremely bad food poisoning from this very dangerous restaurant. 8 days off work and school, this was the worst case of food poisoning I ever seen or heard of. I could not believe how ill undercooked chicken can make you… 100% certain it was KFC…. For months the staff have made mistakes on nearly every order, they struggle with basic maths, so it’s no surprise that they obviously don’t understand hygiene and food standards. Environmental Health are now involved….

Dreadful. No cooked chicken and a 15 minute wait. Only two sides available and none choice of bottle drink. Items missed from the drive through despite checking with the server. Called to complain and made to believe that it was in some way my fault they’d forgotten something. Called the manager who lacks any empathy or customer service skills. He first blamed the staff. He Refused to give me his name due to GDPR rules - if he had a brain he might be dangerous! But he was happy to give the franchise owners name though! Chicken was greasy and inedible. You can see the fat swimming at the bottom of the bucket. One star as it’s the only way to post this.
