recently visited KFC during my lunch break with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. We spent over £50 on our meal, and it was definitely worth it. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sides and drinks were also served fresh and tasted great. What impressed us the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Our order was prepared quickly, and the team made sure everything was correct. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere for families. Overall, we had a very enjoyable lunch, and I would happily recommend this KFC to anyone looking for good food and great service. We will definitely be visiting again. There was a Indian gentleman at the drive through today 2.00 pm rough he said to me he had given me my water with my boneless banquet meal(which he did) i was a rude arrogant customer who thought i was right when i was not !!! The gentleman in question was polite at all times and delt with it like a true professional!!! I did not. This evening i found 2 bottles so he did give me one The food was fresh and hot loved. From me to him I apologise snd great customer service when dealing with a rude customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The hygiene must not be of importance, as I found a long hair fried into the chicken. I am not very happy about this! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
