I am a delivery rider and had a very bad experience at this KFC branch. I came to pick up an order, and the staff member forced me to give a Google review. When I politely refused, he started behaving rudely, snatched my phone, and threatened not to give me the order. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
