This is not the level of service I expect from KFC. The behavior of (Ms. Marycris Cariaga)was unprofessional, discourteous, and completely inconsistent with the customer service standards that KFC is known for. It was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at any KFC branch. Management should investigate this matter and take appropriate action to protect the brand's reputation.
