I ordered through the KFC app, and it showed the order is ready for collection. when I arrived at the outlet, it was still not ready and I had to wait almost 20 minutes to receive my order. I was also looking forward to trying the new Om Bdr Chicken, but what I received was quite different from what was shown on the website. Overall, the service and customer experience need improvement.
