We sincerely apologize for your experience, Ahmad. It’s disappointing to hear that the food was cold and of poor quality, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the lack of a phone charger and our service. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our offerings and service standards. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope for the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
