Though the food was good as were the drinks. However it was let down by the fact we had ordered a burger without lettuce, but on closer inspection it had just been wiped off an already made up one as a few leaves remained. Price per person: £10–20

Don’t know what they did to food but taste horrible,also 2 packs of fries was missing from the order. Plus waited 40min for it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly, I never thought I’d be writing a one star review, but this place has given me a reason to keep in mind I usually only review food but this is more. I understand that working in fast food isn’t easy, as I’ve worked in the industry myself. However, this place seemed completely dysfunctional. While waiting for our order, all we could hear was staff bickering between the front counter and the kitchen. We waited around 15 minutes, and when I finally got my drink, it was only half filled. I didn’t want to complain because the staff looked stressed, especially after hearing someone sarcastically say, “Is it really that hard to multitask?” I genuinely felt bad for the employee on the receiving end of that comment. To be fair, the food was hot when it arrived, so I’ll give them credit for that. However, I ordered a box meal and found that some items were missing. My main issue wasn’t even the food it was the atmosphere and the way some staff members were treating their colleagues. It created an uncomfortable environment and didn’t reflect well on the business. Someone in management really needs to take a closer look at what’s going on here Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
