Ordered and delivered by door dash. Delivery was perfect. But, truly miss the biscuits that they gave me honey sauce for. Called and got no help from the man that answered. He said it was picked up and I could come get them. All I ask is fill the order correctly when you make it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2

Had family staying with us from out of town a couple weeks ago and figured we would get KFC for dinner. Did a pick up order, went in to get the food and it was sitting on the counter. Guy walks up and I tell him I had a pick up order. He points at 2 bags on the counter and says it’s right there and walks away. I then asked “both of the bags?” He said yeah, have a nice day and walks away. As he walks away he says “your name is on the bags if you look” in a very rude way. My name was actually only on one of the bags. Absolutely terrible customer service. We like kfc, but this experience has made us never want to go back there. We will drive to Gresham from now on. Service: 1

Just left the drive thru on 2/26 at 5:03 pm. Not sure who was working the drive through as he had no name tag on butnhe was very rude and condescending. The lack of counter service seems to lend itself to a lack of customer service skills. Will not be back again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
