Updating to 1 star (prev. 2), because the replacement they sent was STILL SPICY. I can only shake my head in disbelief. Original review: The staff were friendly and professional, but my takeout order was original and I was given spicy I saw another review saying the same thing. It was very stressful finding out at home that my order was incorrect, esp. since I was already hungry. They did send me the correct order via Grab, but I received no apology from the staff, the food arrived late, and it was a stressful experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I wanna share may worst experience at this KFC branch (BALIBAGO COMPLEX STA.ROSA LAGUNA). The incident occurred around 7:45 am. Upon arrival, I confirmed with the staff member that the branch was already open. I place my order through the machine and paid at the cashier. The staff cashier asked me if I was willing to wait for 15mins, and I agreed. However, while waiting, I over heard the kitchen staff at the back of cashier making disrespectful comments about me, specifically saying “ANG AGA NIYA HA” and “AGA NAMAN NIYAN”. Another female kitchen staff added “WILLING TO WAIT NAMAN DAW KAHIT HANGGANG HAPON” I FELT VERY DISRESPECTFUL BY THESE REMARKS. I brought the situation to the manager and I hope he really takes necessary actions to address it and ensure that this does not happen again to other customers.

Once again we are very dissapointed with our orders. You never run out of ways to disaapoint us. We ordered hot and crispy but the delivered items was the original recipe. Is it that hard to read and distinguish between the two. And are the spoon and fork rare? I mean is it not that neccessary that you often not include it? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
