I am very satisfied with the customer service the staff provides, the chicken is hot fresh and very lovely. The staff is very warm and it is easy to communicate with them. I am very satisfied with the customer service the staff provides, the chicken is fresh and lovely. The renovations are so amazing and I am so happy with everything especially the charging cables. The staff is very warm and welcoming and the lobby host is very assisting throughout the whole process. At KFC Scottburgh we arrived just in time of the openening from the revamp, I was so satisfied by the speed and the accuracy of our order. The chicken tasted very lovely and fresh and hot meaning it been just cooked. I am very happy with the hygiene and the service from Nontando the lobby host who welcomed us very warm.
