Absolutely disgusting. This is by far one of the filthiest fast-food restaurants I have ever walked into. The entire restaurant looked as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days. The floors were sticky and dirty, the front counter was covered in grime, and the glass doors and windows were smeared with fingerprints and dirt. There wasn’t a single area that looked clean or well-maintained. The outside was just as bad. Rubbish was scattered throughout the drive-through garden and surrounding grounds, creating an appalling first impression. The level of neglect was impossible to ignore. Cleanliness is the bare minimum customers should expect from a food establishment, yet this location appears to be failing at even the most basic hygiene standards. The condition of the customer areas was so poor that I immediately lost confidence in the cleanliness of the food preparation areas and chose to walk out without ordering. This restaurant is damaging the reputation of the KFC brand. Management should be embarrassed by the state of this store and take urgent action to bring it up to an acceptable standard. In its current condition, I believe it deserves attention from the local health authorities.

“Very disappointing experience at KFC. I placed two orders and paid around $30–$35, but the amount of food I received honestly did not even look worth $10. The portions were extremely small, and the overall service was very poor. I feel completely disappointed with the quality and value for money. Absolutely disgraceful service from KFC Yagoona. This is now a REPEATED issue, not a one-off mistake. I spent $74 on a delivery order through the app, entered all the correct details, and the food NEVER arrived. Calling the store was a joke—multiple attempts just to get someone to answer. When I finally spoke to the manager, I was told they “can’t do anything” once it’s picked up. That response alone shows how little accountability this store has. You take customers’ money, but the moment something goes wrong, suddenly it’s not your problem? The delivery partner was no better—first saying I’d get a refund, then denying it with ZERO proof of delivery. No photo, no confirmation, nothing. So basically, customers are expected to just accept losing money with no evidence? What makes this worse is that this isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s a pattern. Clearly, nothing is being fixed. This order was for my daughter, and instead she ended up with nothing after I paid $74. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this store if you don’t want to risk paying for food you’ll never receive. No accountability, no proper customer service, and no care once they have your money.
