Absolutely worst services!! Worst food!! The only KFC existing in the city that to this small plus this horrible service!! The Bangladeshi or the Kolkata Indian man at the counter named JIBON DAS was absolutely rude about everything. The food was cold and we asked for at least hot food. The least they could do is change it or make it hot. He straight up was disrespectful and said “TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!! This is how it is over here!!” We came all the way from Riyadh from a long drive we were extremely hungry. My brother requested him for around 10 min to give us warm food at least and we didn’t even receive this!! WHAT SORT OF BULLSHIT BEHAVIOUR AND SERVICE KFC IS PROVIDING HERE??!! Whyyy keep a KFC in the city at all if you can’t maintain the standard??!! And this how they treat the customers. My father was disrespect infront of everyone! It went to a point where both brother and father went to request for simply warm food and COULD NOT PROVIDE THE BASIC!! We took a big bucket and he gave strips there!! WHAT THE HELL??!! Since when are strips included in the bucket??? 28 year of my freaking life i never got this horrible service from any KFC!! And what kind of employee do you hire that doesn’t even know how to be polite?? What do you do in your training to be like this?!?!
