I open my Mega Box meal and I had a box of chips and one mini fillet which looked all grey!! I actually cannot believe the order could be so wrong. Is there even a meal that has chips and a mini fillet? I don't think so. So I was missing my chicken, two hot wings and the side of coleslaw I ordered. I called the store and spoke to Marium. She was polite enough but no use to me. She gave me a reference to claim a free mega box meal next time. I don't know what I am supposed to do for dinner tonight. After trying one of my husbands hot wings and some chips I have to say this is probably the worst quality KFC I have ever had and I would rather not go back and use the reference number. What frustrates me more is to see the negative reviews on here mentioning that orders are always wrong. When are you going to take action? Or are you going to keep taking peoples money and not giving them the food they ordered!!!
