For a 40 minute wait time the food disappointed my palate, I only tasted flour and cornstarch on their chicken, gravy as well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱1–500

I and my fam went to BPI that day and we've planned to eat lunch in Solano. My son preferred to buy his food in another fast food restaurant for take out,I and my husband decided to try KFC in Solano as we really missed eating their spicy chicken. Upon entering on the resto, we already smell the "PANGHI" and we were shocked when our son said," Baho dito. Ayoko dito. Uwi na tayo, Ma,Pa". They served the food on time tho.Chicken were a bit salty. The gravy was really bad. It was like a plain mixture of flour and water. So white and tasteless. Staffs were talking so loud and non-stop as if they're having their Marites time on their home/or kalsada.

We were there between 12 to 1pm today 9/17/22. My comments for the staff they have a very poor customer service. She is pouting and slide the plate that asking for. The order is incomplete when asked they not available. The chicken served had a hair. Washroom is so smelly and can't closed the properly and no aircon.
