Placed an order through drive through And they pulled us for 30 minutes didn't tell us how long of a wait it was going to be when I went in to check 30 minutes later they said they were still waiting on tortilla shells which for being outside for 30 minutes you would have think they would have already have had them made I've worked with fried chicken before and I know how long it takes for the food The lady in the back even had the audacity when the person who came to the front asked how long it was going to be on my order she was very rude to him in my opinion Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow?I think this location has 6 months left the service shows. It’s literally like a hostage situation with your order, and it’s Russian roulette on the quality, never great ok, to usually asking for remakes and spending 20-30 minutes waiting for your remake. Always. It’s like they wish to make you suffer from their mistakes, pathetic low marketing caveman process and caveman food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On this Evening my family wanted KFC my husband ordered through the app he waited 15 minutes still nothing then he proceeded to go in the store they told him him that he already picked his food up how is that when he just walked in to ask about his order!!! Also told him he would have to wait another 20 minutes. Once he finally got our food home. I served plates and my husband and our kids tried the Chicken and it was not cooked. I decided to take the rest of my order to the store to get something figured out. Spoke to a Manager Named Mika She told me she couldn't provide me a refund nor give me a replacement of the food I originally order. She told me she could replace what was in the bucket. Also told me she could not give me the cooperates phone number. Then Again She told me I would have to call back tommorow mind you the KFC phone line is not working. She then told me if I went home to get the rest of the Chicken that my family threw away in the trash can. She would be able to Provide me a food replacement. How degrading!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
