From the broken speaker from heavy rain to the sweet lady in drive thru apologizing for it, the service here is commemorable, although I received the wrong order because they're all completely smashed, but buy the shere volume of noise from everyone working all as one, I went inside straight away I asked for a staff member, thinking no one would come like rebank, plaza, a worker came straight away then grabbed the manager, when he came over to speak he was very apologetic and very sincere, but it's not his fault the speaker was damaged from water, I even told him it wasn't yet still he did his duty above and behoned, and his team still remained very professional untill the time I left, unfortunately for everyone that goes to kfc redbank this is the best family feast the best KFC I have eaten since independence day movie came out when I was a kid. I even stopped to right this review, the chicken is perfect and clean and absolutely delicious this is the most honest 5-star review of ever done adds off to you and your team thank you for the extra Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Didn’t get my full order. I put in a complaint. They said they can’t refund me because I ordered via the app. They literally stole approx $10 off me. Said they would put it back as credit. It never happened. Awful experience. Edit: the owner below my original review said to leave a comment on the KFC complaints website. I have done that twice prior to my original review! First time the person called me and said they will refund me and it never happened. Second complaint no response at all. It’s all good replying to my review but how about giving back my money, I didn’t even get my full order! Missing items! The staff member who called me said they realised they missed my items, yet still said they can’t refund. It’s pretty much stealing. Price per person: $20–40 Service: 1

Kfc Springfield Brought 3 go buckets had only 4 chips with 2 wicked wings No seasoning on chips half full go buckets Honestly who fills up go buckets under the logo or is that the new thing .. i must be missing something. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
