On 16/8/2026 around 8:00-9:00 I had a very unpleasant experience at KFC Springvale and felt extremely disrespected by the young female staff member at the counter, who was wearing a black head covering. When I arrived, she did not even give me a basic greeting. Her facial expression and attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. When my order was ready, she did not call out my name or say anything to me. As I appeared to be the only customer waiting for my order at the time, I found her behaviour particularly unnecessary. She simply placed my food on the table, gave me a dismissive look, and walked away without saying a word. I understand that staff can have a bad day, but there is no reason to treat a customer in such a rude and disrespectful manner. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the interaction. I hope KFC can take this feedback seriously and remind staff that customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
