Food was ok, just the right heat. But mash and gravy was cold. Also the fries didn't have enough salt on it. Less than what other KFC stores add. Along with that, service is terrible and slow. Because of the slow service there were many customers waiting for their orders in frustration and still standing there waiting when I finished my meal. For my meal, I waited 15 minutes when it only should take 7 minutes wait. They weren't busy. And I can see through the kitchen area that their oven section in the middle where they store the chicken to keep warm in the tray, they were out From a chef experience at 4 different restaurants i had worked at, never have I see such laziness from the staffs. The staffs were all relaxed and working EXTREMELY SLOW even when there are customers waiting. They won't try to pick up the pace. This is my first time at this KFC as well. I am shocked with how the staffs are working. The girl in the front counter wearing round hat she was.trying her best but I can see she's stressed out. And customers complaining isn't going to make things better. Despite the food being the right heat (I mean the chicken, the fries were just luke warm, and mash and gravy being cold, I still wouldn't recommend anyone going to this KFC store. If you still feel like KFC just go elsewhere. Unless you like wasting your time here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40

Order placed online direct KFC website at 6.50 PM Delivery driver - First one cancelled already because got told long wait, second delivery driver waited 1 H for Fast food order. Delivery driver got explanation for long wait time it was "that's a big order" - 5 person meals. This is a fast food restaurant 5 person meals is not large order. Delivery arrived 8 20 PM and it only has 2 packs of chips 1 mash and box of nuggets. We ordered 5 meals?!?!;*?**? $150 value No name in the order or any labels Fix your speed for service or drop the name for Fast food restaurant let KFC check the franchise owners . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Service: 1

This KFC is the most digusting place i ever been to in Sydney. I came here 2yrs ago waited at counter for 5min. no greeting no one took order. today i came again give another try and thought they might improved. but again wait at counter 5min. same no greeting no one took order just treat customer like air non exist (there are only 3-4 active order and 1 customer is waiting as well not busy at all) and this store doesnt have self servr kiosk! how can customer place order?????? I dont expect any good service but even the basic greeting and taking order they cant do it and just walk past you ignore you like air. Also the disgusting toilet smell is everywhere. the kitchen is very dirty most likely you will get food poisoning. The other KFC is not like this KFC Enfield I will definitely submit online complain Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
