I ordered through Uber Eats from this branch and selected a “buy 1 take 1” promo, but I only received one item. I contacted the store to resolve the issue, but instead of offering a solution, I was asked to come to the location to pick up the missing item. Unfortunately, I live far from the KFC branch and am currently unable to travel, as I’m new here in Victoria and don’t have a car available. I already explained this, but there was no consideration. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. I hope the management improves how they handle situations like this, especially for delivery orders where customers rely on proper service and support.
