Terrible! We went there on July 4, 2026 for dinner. First, they couldn't find our order. I spoke to 3 different people who kept asking me the same questions over and over again like they were stupid. After I told them what I ordered, they finally found it under a different name. I ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken and a 4 piece of biscuits. I get home to find they gave us all nothing but legs and thighs! No white meat whatsoever. Not even a wing. We also found a piece of garbage in the bucket. There was also a ton of oil in the bucket. I called and complained to the manager, and he wouldn't even apologize. Nothing but excuses. Accepted zero responsibility. Very poor customer service. He kept insisting that I ordered "all dark meat", when I didn't. It's just common sense that you would get a variety of different chicken parts when ordering an entire bucket of chicken. When I told him about the garbage in the bucket, he said "that has nothing to do with the chicken", like it meant nothing to him. AVOID this place! They obviously have no idea how to treat their customers! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime we come here they're always out of dark meat! And this is not an overgeneralizations as we have come 3 times and they were out we started going to Manchester rd and came back today to wadsworth and we were shocked once again out of dark meat Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have to stay out of the last several KFCs that I've gone to in the past few years this one had the hottest chicken I've ever eaten straight out of the deep fryer The only thing that I found is I got a three-piece chicken meal and after the end of my first piece and burning my mouth there was so much grease on the bottom of the basket I had to put paper towels down to soak it up It probably should have sat a little bit longer before it was served but for the first time having hot food was impressive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
