I ordered 12 nuggets with 2 ranch dressing packets and 2 honey mustard packets at the Wallace, NC location. The nuggets were way overcooked and crusty and burned. And I ordered 12 and paid for 12 but got 10. I I formed the lady at drive thru window I did not receive and of the sauces ordered and she simply asked me what I wanted, brought them to me at window and never apologized or anything. I will never eat at this horribly managed KFC again and its a shame because I live 3 minutes from it. Horrible staff and management there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't think this will break my record for shortest fast food visit in general, but this is definitely the quickest I ever got my food. Literally the moment I took my card out of the reader, somebody walked up to me and handed me my food! How's that for quick service? The bathroom on the other hand...yeah. I've seen worse, but there wasn't even any toilet paper in there, so I'm glad I only had to pee. It was a bit...cramped, I guess is the word, as well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
