always takes to long to get your food and today it was over cooked and even the remodel was done by lazy contracts and it shows and all they had to drink was fruit punch or water

What happened to KFC???. We had not had Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) for a long time; so decided to give them a try again. We did a "to go" order from KFC here in Wauchula, FL. It's the only fast food (?) non-burger restaurant in the town. Everything went well except that they were "out" of extra crispy wings so substituted 1 original pc. That was fine.. At 3 p.m. guess they weren't ready for lunch stragglers or early diners - low on product. All went good until...my husband got home and we opened the bag... I had the table set for a nice sit down meal. I couldn't wait to again try my; chicken wings, mashed potatoes with gravy and slaw. YUM! What I found in my box was; chicken wings, slaw and GREEN BEANS. I don't like green beans! I called the location to let them know of the error, speaking with the manager. She told me that "whenever" we're in their area to come by and they would give me the missing mashed potatoes and gravy. WOW! All I had for lunch was chicken wings & slaw. And now she's offering for me to come by (when we're in the area) and get just mashed potatoes and gravy. Also a side note: When eating...all of the wings had broken small bones. It appeared that KFC is now cutting up their chickens in a different way, thus shorter wings with broken bones. Initially I almost swallowed one. Not easy to eat and some o the wings were very small do to the bone breakage. We won't got back - not sure we'll ever try KFC again.
