Not the best place to order your KFC from. Our first incident took place a few years ago where there were two people who were stoned sitting there with food infront of them, they were so high that the food was all over their mouth and then some. Not one KFC staff member removed them, I actually couldn't eat my meal as it made me sick looking at them. Have never been back until 2 weeks ago (hoping things had changed there), got our food and found a hair inside the chicken. Took it to the counter and the guy started inspecting it like we had put the hair in there. No apology just a replacement piece of chicken. They need better staff who know how do deal with customer service. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff was very polite, however I don't see why we could not order at counter rather than having to mess about with the screens. Also was paying cash so had to go back to counter anyway. Would make sense to make this service an optional one.. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
