**KFC Review – Poor Management and Early Closure** **1/5** – Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I arrived at the restaurant at **9:45 PM**, with the posted closing time at **10:30 PM** — plenty of time for a quick meal, or so I thought. Instead, the manager had already decided to close early because there was no chicken ready. I had to wait for a fresh batch to be cooked. While I was waiting, the manager locked the doors at **9:50 PM** — a full **40 minutes before closing**. Other customers who might have wanted to come in were turned away. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. The staff eventually served the food, but the early lockout and lack of chicken at that hour left a really bad taste. Maybe the manager had a hot date to get to? Either way, customers shouldn’t be treated this way, especially when the store is still technically open. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. KFC needs better oversight on closing procedures and inventory management. **Avoid this location if you’re planning an evening meal.**

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. They worked together to quickly expedite my very large order while still serving a busy drive through and counter guests. Service with a smile and the chicken nuggets were enjoyed by all. :) Food: 5 Service: 5

This is my last time coming here. I’ve made a mobile order two days in a row for my child. Wait until the app states it’s ready, pull up to the speaker to then have to be told the food is not ready, they give every excuse. From it’s been busy to the fryers aren’t working right to the fryers are being filtered to I ordered too much food. Then I have to sit and wait another 20-30 minutes for the food to be ready. The workers seem annoyed with me and all I’m trying to do is give them business. I learned my lesson after dealing with this problem one too many times. I’ll take my business down the street to Lees chicken. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
