KITA is a true hidden gem tucked away on the third floor. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, refined, and inviting, and we felt genuinely welcome as foreign visitors. The yakitori was exceptional and a real testament to the chef’s skill, precision, and passion. Every skewer was beautifully cooked, balanced, and full of flavour. The attention to detail throughout the meal was obvious in every course. The sake selection is also incredibly extensive, and the staff’s knowledge of sake pairings was spot on. Their recommendations elevated the whole experience. An outstanding dining experience and easily one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Japan. Highly recommended.
