As someone who has been a regular for many years, ive unfortunately had to make the decision to no longer spend my money here. Changes made to the menu has caused the staff to be overrun and struggling to maintain quality of the food. Mistakes have been made such as food being colder sometimes, which im told is due to having to turn the cookers down in temp because they wont allow them to have the ac fan on during hot weather. Ive overheard some of the staff swearing to themselves, informed of staff crying due to the intense nature of providing massive orders at times near closing times and not being able todo anything about it but still get criticized, and having to do botch jobs to keep things maintained that havent been fixed for months. And its common for the staff to have to take it out on each other by shouting aggressively to handle the stress theyre under. A few of the staff have left the shop and were great assets to the store, however now i believe the culture has been run down and no longer feel welcome to a store i had loyalty and great memories for what it has become. Thank you all the staff your wonderful service, but unfortunately i have to make the decision to choose my health over the environment that the store has become. I wish for management to acknowledge the issues here that have led me to make this decision and its with great pride i would like to commend the staff on always being hospitable and dealing with my requests going far and beyond i ever expected in an environment that is becoming far too common in workplaces around the UK Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Orderd early just as open so expected fresh cooked hit meal.. All food seemed heated up worst egg fried rice ever had re heated chips just all horrible couldnt even eat it Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4

Food is mid, decent portion though. Ordered the 2mains 1 side and a portion of salt and chilli ribs. The ribs were way too salty so couldn’t eat those. The other dish; the chips were lukewarm because the girls dishes it up and then left it on the counter for nearly 20 minutes while attending to the online orders before a random girl walked in in her regular outside clothes, no uniform and hair down dangling everywhere. Said girl without tying her hair out of her face and without even attempting to wash or sanitise her hands served the rest of our food. This is not only soooo unhygienic and disgusting to see but infection control is non existent. Store can also get majorly cramped when loads of people are waiting to order. The girls working there don’t have great customer service skills either I do regret not taking a picture of the girl behind the till. But it happened today 16th of May. Nasty Do better Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
