It was a very disappointing experience at Kabuki tonight. The standard and quality of the service and food were not as expected and up to the standard especially with it being rated as an authentic and well reviewed restaurant. The quantity of the servings were not only small but not as delicious especially for the price you are paying, it was sadly not worth the value. The steak was over cooked, fried rice could have been tastier, salmon pieces were really thin and small. The tempura sauce wasn’t nice and my tempura order was short of the two prawns which was listed in the menu but I was not served until I checked with the waiter. Staff could have been better trained for improved performance, however I think they have tried their best that night. Don’t think my family and I will be going back again and surely won’t dare to recommend to others Please make amendments for improvement to maintain your clientele. Thanks for reading and hopefully following through the above pointers.

The food here was amazing as was the show we got from the chef. The setting is pretty intimate as well, but allows you to enjoy the meal with your own group. My one issue was that the times they gave us weren't accurate, but the staff were really good in getting us out in time so we didn't miss our booking somewhere else. Love this place! Fantastic service, our chef was awesome (sorry forgot his name) , was really entertaining and the food was delicious!! It was my boys first time experiencing Teppanyaki and so happy I found this place as it was a really great experience, by far the best one I've been to so far :)
