This is my second visit to Kabul Restaurant Persian Cuisine, and I genuinely can’t believe this place isn’t packed every night. It’s a family-owned restaurant where everything is handmade with care, and you can truly taste the love in every bite. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like you’re visiting someone’s home rather than a business. The food is nothing short of phenomenal — rich flavors, perfectly seasoned meats, fluffy rice, and fresh herbs that remind me of authentic Persian home cooking. Every dish I’ve tried here has been exceptional. This is, hands down, the best food I’ve tasted in Calgary — not just Persian food, but food in general. It’s surprising that more people haven’t discovered this place yet. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favour and give them a visit. It’s rare to find a restaurant with such high-quality, handmade food at very reasonable prices. Highly, highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CA$20–30
