It's crazy that they charge 3 euros for printing, 2 euros for the paper and 1 euro as a fee, the prices are beyond belief and the rudeness of the staff doesn't even come close to the cost of the service paid for! Price per person: €5–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were very angry, we bought our tickets online and the website stated that we didn't need to print them in advance, we just needed to show the driver our QR code, but the station staff said that we must print our tickets to get in.
