Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry that your experience was not as you had hoped. We would just like to clarify a few points. The road leading to our restaurant is fully paved,while the smell you mentioned was a brief incident that lasted only a few minutes. Regarding the table, due to the restaurant being fully booked at the time, we were unable to move you to another table, which we explained it to you. We do however, acknowledge that due to the high workload at that moment, our tone may have been more intense than it should have been, and for that we sincerely apologize. We also want to make it clear that we absolutely do not discriminate against Turkish guest. On the contrary , Turkish visitors are among our most frequent guests, and we are always happy to have them at our restaurant. Such a statement does not reflect our values or the way we treat our guests. We fully respect your opinion, but we do feel that the 1 star rating is uquite harsh, especially there was no negative comment regarding the food, which is one of our top priorities. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience in the future.
