The service was very very bad ... the Asian waitress was rude ... and another was clearly confused... they did not know the numbers of the tables. We asked for a table and she told us where not to sit ! The food was cold but the head waiter did not excuse for the cold food he just justified himself. The view is nice but i'd rather eat from the streets than going to this restaurant again.

Horrible service - the staff needs some serious training. Nobody cleaned our table from the previous guests for over 30 minutes. We never got glasses for the water we ordered. The servers avoid eye contact and hide inside. Avoid at all cost.

Very very very rude waiters. Don't bother with this place just walk next door grab a coffee, wine or beer and a bratwurst and sit back and relax with a view not destroyed by rudeness of the wait staff. =( Maybe it's coz we had a kid or that we were Asian.. still can't figure it out.. they only had 5 tables open.. out of the 100 that are there............... Either way they said No no go go.. fine we went and found a better place right next door.
