Terrible service! We went to celebrate my cousin's birthday and had a terrible experience with the place. The servers act as if someone was asking for things for free, we just had to get up from the table to place the order. They said that the birthday girl was entitled to a dessert and they didn't make any effort to prepare it before the kitchen closed, when we went to ask about it they told us about it and we were very upset and the attendant saw it and went to tell the kitchen until they managed to fry some sweet hotcakes instead. They were already closing and we didn't have time to eat and I asked for a package and the girl gave it to me so I could put it in (I had never seen this in any Japanese restaurant) but anyway, we were in doubt about three Japanese dishes and we managed to choose the worst right on a commemorative date. . Food reflects and merges with affective memories, and your restaurant, despite the food being good, is not equivalent to terrible service. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Kaimã Sushi was a pleasant surprise, it really surprised me because it is simply a fantastic experience! I can honestly say that it is the best Japanese food I have tasted. My family and I always take part in the all-you-can-eat buffet, which is really worth it, the smoked black salmon sashimi: exclusive and different from anything I've ever eaten, I haven't seen it anywhere else, it's very tasty; Apart from the shimeji and salmon tataki which have an exclusive and delicious seasoning, the maçaricado salmon jyo is very good! Salmon crock with lemon or garlic has a wonderful flavor. And to top it off with a flourish, there's the sweet coconut crock and the banana temaki with dulce de leche with an ice cream cone, which is simply wonderful! All the dishes are very well presented, rated 10c and Stéfane's excellent service makes Kaimã Sushi the best Japanese I know!
