The signature menu items such as Shirokai, Benikaito, and Musashino Niku Udon are all the same, but the noodles are different. Come to think of it, there are no characters for ``Ashitomi'' or ``Sanuki.'' It's a little thin and curly, and has a simple texture, like something your grandmother in the countryside would make for you. There are a few menu items that are not available at the Nozuda store, and there is a note that says, ``I have made chocolate yokan (almost a brownie),'' so I wonder if the manager, like the general manager, leaves it up to a certain extent.
