I’ve been really disappointed with the service at this Kale Me Crazy location. For the past few months, I’ve placed several online pickup orders, and not once has my order been ready when I arrived. On one visit last year, I was told the printer for to‑go orders wasn’t working—even though my coffee order had been placed over 15 minutes earlier. When I came in, the lady was in the back on her phone, clearly not preparing my order. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. During my most recent visit, my order still wasn’t ready, and an employee told me once again that the printer wasn’t working. When I mentioned this was the fourth time this had happened, she told me I was “two minutes early,” which made no sense considering the order clearly hadn’t been started. Might I add, there were no customers in the building and it was very early in the morning, so the order should have been ready upon pick up. This has become a consistent inconvenience. If the printer is the issue, it needs to be fixed. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with the same problem over and over. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
