I really value good customer service, but unfortunately the staff here were not very friendly and didn’t really smile. Maybe because the restaurant is quite big. The food was good, but not something super special honestly the taste is quite similar to a normal tomyam restaurant in Malaysia. Since the price is a bit expensive, I personally wouldn’t mind paying more if the customer service was better Oh btw, I came around 6:30pm hoping to enjoy the sunset vibes, but there was no wind at all and it felt quite hot because there were no fans. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We rode all the way from Kata by motorcycle with our small child, excited to try their halal food, but the experience was very disappointing. At first, everything seemed fine. A male staff member couldn’t speak English, so a female staff member took over, helped us with our order, and recommended some dishes. However, after placing our order, we waited about 30 minutes and only received rice, fried squid, and an omelette. We then waited nearly another 30 minutes for the seabass and tomyam. After almost an hour, I had to ask again, and only then did the tomyam arrive. The fish never came. When I asked the same staff member about it, she responded, “The fish is not cooked yet, do you still want it or not?” At that point, we were too frustrated and decided to cancel it. The whole experience was extremely frustrating, especially traveling with a young child. To pay the bill also we waited quite long. It’s already past 8 and the restaurant is closed but still no one served us. On top of that, the prices are quite expensive for the level of service we received. We will definitely not be returning. Due to frustrating I’m not even taking the foods picture! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
