Very disappointing experience at Kaloha Holiday Resort. I booked accommodation for 6 people and travelled all the way to Phillip Island expecting to stay at the resort. After arriving in the area, I received an email saying that the resort could not provide the room I had booked and would only issue a refund. This left our group stranded with no accommodation arranged after travelling a long distance. When I called the resort to ask for assistance, a staff member simply told me to “go home.” No alternative solution, support, or apology was offered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but cancelling a confirmed booking at the last minute and then providing no assistance is unacceptable. Being told to “go home” when seeking help made the situation even worse. This is the first time I have experienced such poor customer service in Australia. Very disappointing. Service: 1

We stayed there over 1 night. Located in a very good spot in Phillip Island. Everything was well organised like check in and out. Clean room& bathroom. I do recommend it. Service: 4
